Below is her working history:

Employer 4: 16/04/2021 to up date- She is working for a Chinese Malaysian family in a 2 storey landed property. She is serving a couple and looking after 3 kids, 7, 6 and 1 year old. She She does all the household chores, laundry, ironing of clothes, marketing, cooking, and car washing. Employer is releasing her because they want someone that is really fit to work for the family. Her employer gave her a reference letter saying: "Heidi has worked for our family (Singaporean Chinese) for 1 year. She is cheerful and pleasant
and usually has a smile on her face. She has a positive attitude to taking instructions though she may sometimes require occasional reminders on the instructions given. She does her work cheerfully and when given a schedule to follow, she will fulfil the tasks listed in the schedule. Heidi’s strength is in cooking. She loves to cook, and experiment with new dishes. She is able to plan a menu and buy the groceries required on her own. She is excellent at cooking
European/ Mediterranean/ Filipino food. My children love her spaghetti Bolognese and chicken adobo. During her time with us, she was also able to learn to cook Chinese dishes from Youtube channels. She is now able to cook Chinese soups, steamed dishes, vegetable stirfry, soy sauce braised chicken and chicken curry (from premix). She also cleans the kitchen well after cooking. Heidi does not usually have to take care of our children except occasional babysitting when the children are sick and unable to attend childcare. However, she has established a good rapport with my three children ranging from 1-8 years old. She plays games with them and reads to them. Heidi is responsible on her off days, and usually spends time with a few friends/ goes to church. During the pandemic, she would consciously practice safe distancing even when she went out on off days. We could also trust her to handle the allocated cash for buying groceries responsibly."

So the employer did not require a full-time helper. her duties here were more on housework cooking and grocery shopping.
