Nanette is a happy person and an independent worker. After talking to her longer, I found out that she is a good person, it was just that her previous agency did not give her a chance to say no to any job offer from an employer. meaning whoever interview her, the agency did not tell her what the job will be.
Employer 11 28/06/2017 - 2022 she is working for a Chinese family in an HDB. She is working as a mansionette executive HDB. She is serving an elderly couple and 1 grandchild and was 7 years old when she joined the family. She is very independent and trustworthy. She does all the household chores, laundry, and cooking and her main job was to take care of Grandpa. Now the family decided to put Grandpa at the nursing home. Grandma will go to Malaysia with her madam. And the child will, who is now 11 years old will go back and stay with the parents. Any potential employer will be able to speak to the current employer for a reference.
Employer 10 17/04/2017 28/06/2017 - she worked for an Indian family in an HDB and looked after an 8 years old child. Most of the time, she finished her chores at 2 am and she needs to wake up at 5 am. The reason that she finished up her work at 2 is that she needed to attend to the family members' needs especially if they are back from outside at night.

She did all the household chores, laundry, and cooking. She was working well. However, her Sir decided to send his family back to India because of the youngest child's skin condition.
Employer 2 11/01/2012 17/03/2012 - worked for a Chinese elderly couple in HDB. She was employed mainly to take care of her Sir who was a cancer patient. She also did all the household chores. However, her Sir passed away and her service is no longer required.

She was serving 2 couples and their respective kids ages 12, 10, 4 ad 6 months, and also the grandparents.
