Evangeline (Vangie) is 48 years old, a high school graduate, married with 2 children, ages 24 and 18 years old. She is supporting her family and her children; this is why she does not want to go home to the Philippines yet. She wants to continue working in Singapore. Evangeline is confident in taking care of young children and cooking. She can cook sweet and sour pork, pig trotter vinegar, teamed with Otah egg, curry chicken, steamed/ fried fish, mala Xiang Guo, prawn paste chicken wings, fried Bee Hoon, Mee Hoon kueh, zha zhu rou, fried rice, stir fry vegetables, pork and chicken adobo, soup, and is willing to learn.

2017 to 2019- Vangie worked as a caregiver for 2 years. She took care of two elderly bedridden patients (female), who were 85 years old and 90 years old back then. She did feeding through NGT, bathing, massage and giving medical care. There were opportunity for her to work in Singapore.

Employer 1 03/07/2019 10/11/2020 - She worked for a Filipino family with a Chinese Singaporean husband living in an HDB apartment. She was taking care of 2 children, ages 5 and 11 years old, plus all the housework and cooking. She also goes to the market and buys groceries. The reason why they will let her go is that her Sir lost her job, so they do not require a full-time helper anymore; her madam can manage to take care of the children.

Employer 2 10/11/2020 27/10/2025 - She worked for a Filipino family in a condo, serving a couple, and taking care of 2 children, who were 7 years old and a newborn baby back then. Her other duties were, housework, cooking, laundry, and marketing. The family left Singapore for good.

Employer 3 27/10/2025 - She is working for a Filipino family in HDB, working for a single mom and 3 adult children, taking care of the dog, doing all the household chores such as cleaning the house, washing the dishes, cooking, marketing, washing clothes, ironing and walking the dog. Her employer told her that she can find another employer due to financial constraints.
