JOSEPHINE 38 years old, married, and blessed with 3 children, and they are now 20, 16, and 2 years old. She is capable of taking care of young children and even newborns, as she claimed. She worked in Hong Kong for 2 years before she moved to Singapore with her employer. She cooks mostly Chinese dishes like steamed fish, stir-fry mixed vegetables, fried fish, sweet and sour fish/pork, stir-fry bok chye with pork, porridge, and many more. FROM YEAR 2019 TO 2021 - She was working for a Nepali family in an apartment. The apartment has 4 bedrooms and 3 toilets. She served a couple and took care of 7 and 9 years old. She did the cleaning, cooking, marketing, and laundry. In the mornings, she had to wake up in the morning to prepare the children's breakfast, get them ready for school, and send them. After sending them, she will then clean the house and do other household chores like washing clothes, ironing, marketing, and so on. Afterward, she will then pick up the kids. She cooked for the family dinner every day. The family moved to Australia, and she transferred to their Chinese family neighbour. She can cook Chinese dishes like steamed fish, stir-fried vegetables with tofu, spring rolls, sweet and sour fish/pork, ABC soup, lotus with pork ribs soup, stir-fry tofu with broccoli and carrots, and she is able to follow recipes.

YEAR JUNE - AUG 2021 - She was working for a Chinese family in an apartment. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 toilets. She was serving a couple and taking care of 6 years old 2 years old. She was working with another helper, and they shared the workload. The family moved to Singapore in Aug 2021. However, there was an internal arrangement for a month before they were transferred back to their employer's name in Sep 2021. They stayed in a condo. It has 5 bedrooms, and 5 toilets. She shared the bedroom with the other helper. In May 2022, she requested to go back to the Philippines because of a family issue.
